Deck Forge

Deck Forge is a roguelike card battler built around one brutal constraint: your entire deck serves triple duty — attack, defense, and currency. The King of Spades, you need to block that hit? It's also 13 gold at the shop. The Ace you want to sacrifice for a relic? You might need it to survive the next turn.

Start with a standard 52-card poker deck. Fight through a branching map of escalating encounters. Reshape your deck after every fight — upgrade, fuse, split, engrave, or shatter cards at the Card Surgery Table. Collect relics that fundamentally change how you play. Then face Death Majestic.

Every run plays differently. A flush-focused Hearts build plays nothing like a Gambler's Edge low-value rush or a diamond sustain engine. With 40 relics and full deck modification, the combinations are deep.
